Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date.
Premium Assessment ($99)
Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- Your request is within 30 days of the original payment
- This is your first refund request for this product
- You provide a brief explanation of why it did not meet expectations
Gift Assessment ($149)
The purchaser may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the gift has not been redeemed. Once the recipient clicks the redemption link and begins the assessment, no refund is available. Only the purchaser (the person who paid) may request a gift refund.
How to request a refund
- Email legal@10xcareer.ai with the subject “Refund Request”
- Include the email address used at purchase
- Include your order confirmation or gift code (if applicable)
- Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund
Processing
We review requests within 2–3 business days and send a confirmation once approved. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post it.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
- The request is more than 30 days after purchase
- The gift has already been redeemed by the recipient
- You have previously received a refund for the same product type
- There is evidence of abuse or fraud
