  • This is your first refund request for this type of purchase
  • You provide a brief explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@10xcareer.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your purchase
  3. Provide your order confirmation number or payment receipt (if available)
  4. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review your request within 2-3 business days
  • Send you a confirmation email once your refund is approved
  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We process refunds through Stripe, our payment processor.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user for similar purchases
  • Evidence of abuse or fraud
