Gift Assessment — Additional Terms

These terms supplement the 10xCareer Terms of Service and apply specifically to Gift Assessment purchases.

1. What you are buying

A Gift Assessment includes one Premium Career Assessment and three AI Coach sessions. The gift is delivered as a unique redemption link sent to the recipient email address supplied at checkout.

Purchases made before July 16, 2026 may have included a family strategy call on the receipt. We will honor that prior purchase. Email support@10xcareer.ai with the receipt or gift code to arrange it.

2. Age requirement

The recipient must be 18 years of age or older at the time of redemption. By purchasing, you confirm that the intended recipient meets this requirement. If we discover the recipient is under 18, we will suspend the assessment and issue a full refund.

3. Redemption window

Gift codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unredeemed codes expire automatically and cannot be extended. The recipient receives a redemption email after purchase. If it does not arrive, contact support@10xcareer.ai.

4. Refund policy

The purchaser may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the gift has not been redeemed. Once the recipient completes sign-in and redeems the gift, no refund is available. Email support@10xcareer.ai with the gift code or receipt.

5. Non-transferable

Gift codes are tied to the recipient email address provided at checkout. They cannot be transferred to a different person. If the recipient email changes, contact support before redemption.

6. Privacy

The recipient's assessment results and coaching conversations are private to the recipient. The purchaser does not receive the report or coaching content. Purchasers should ask the recipient directly if they want an update.

7. Data handling

The purchaser's and recipient's personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy. The purchaser email is used for the payment receipt, gift support, and refund communication. The recipient email is used for redemption-link delivery, account creation, and assessment delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

Gift Assessments are subject to the same limitation of liability described in our general Terms of Service. The assessment provides informational career guidance and does not constitute financial advice or an employment guarantee.
