Step 1

Submit an application

Tell us what you have built, the tools you use, and how much focused time you can commit to a sprint.

Step 2

Complete a paid calibration exercise

Shortlisted applicants complete a small, time-boxed exercise so both sides can evaluate fit before a client sprint.

Step 3

Ship in a two-week sprint

Selected fellows work against a defined brief, participate in reviews, and deliver a tested handoff with documented decisions.
